Account and registration
To open an account on abilawa, visit our website or download the Android app. Tap Create Account and enter your username, email address, and a secure password. Confirm your email by clicking the link we send you. Next, upload a photo of your identity document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) for KYC verification. We may also request a proof-of-address document. Once we verify your identity, your account is active. You can then add a payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and make your first deposit. The entire process typically takes under one hour if you provide clear documents.
On the abilawa login page, click or tap Forgot your password? Enter the email address or username associated with your account. We send a password-reset link to your email. Click that link, set a new password, and return to the login page. Use your new password to sign in. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try resetting again. If the problem persists, contact our Help team and provide your registered email address. We verify your identity before issuing a password reset to protect your account security.
If you notice unusual activity on your abilawa account—such as a login from an unfamiliar device, an unexpected withdrawal, or a changed password—take immediate action. First, change your password using the password-reset link on the login page. Second, contact our Help team right away. Provide a description of the suspicious activity and any details you remember. We can check your account login history, review recent transactions, and restore your account if necessary. Do not share your password, identity documents, or payment details with anyone claiming to help you. abilawa staff never ask for your password via email or chat. Always contact Help through the official abilawa app or website.
Payments and transactions
To deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, log into your abilawa account and go to Deposit. Select your preferred e-wallet. We generate a payment link or QR code that you scan with your e-wallet app. Complete the payment in your app, and the funds appear in your abilawa account immediately. Alternatively, you can deposit via bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) using a Virtual Account number we provide. Transfer your desired amount from your bank app to that Virtual Account. The deposit is confirmed once the bank processes the transfer, usually within minutes. Keep your deposit receipt for your records. If a deposit does not appear within subject to verification, contact Help with your transaction ID.
When you request a withdrawal on abilawa, we review your account and the request. Review time depends on account status and withdrawal size. Most withdrawals are reviewed and processed within a standard timeframe. Once approved, funds transfer to your chosen payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank account). E-wallet transfers typically arrive within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, processing may take longer due to bank closures. We notify you via email and app notification when your withdrawal is approved and when funds are sent. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected window, contact Help with your withdrawal request ID.

To contact abilawa Help, log into your account and tap the Help button in the app or website. Select the issue category (account, payments, games, security, or other) and describe your problem. Provide details such as your transaction ID, the time the issue occurred, or the specific game you were using. Include any error messages you saw. Submit your ticket, and our Help team receives it. We respond in English and typically address support requests within a standard response window. You can track your ticket status in your account. For urgent security issues, such as suspected account compromise, contact Help immediately. Do not wait for a routine support response if your account is at risk.
